Who We Are

Who We Are

Lion Venture Partners was formed to fund those businesses born from a passion to impact society through mission based business. For example, we are investing in companies that are changing the way we think about how we eat, how we support non profits, and how we are caring for the elderly who want to live at home. If you have a mission based business, whether currently operating or just a dream, we want to support your passion.

Lion Venture Partners has gathered a number of individuals all passionate about building and mentoring small- to middle- market companies. These principals, investors, and advisers bring decades of management, finance, investment and accounting expertise that will enable the fund to generate long term superior returns.

If you are considering selling all or part of your business, we invite you to contact us to determine if Lion Venture Partners may be a good choice for you. All discussions will be treated with the strictest level of confidence.

Values

Lion Venture Partners understands that selling a business is an emotional process. Businesses are products of years, and often times decades, of hard work. We want to ensure owners that the continued success of their business is our number one priority.

We support decisions designed to support the long term success of the company. Therefore, retaining the current employees and corporate culture is imperative to a smooth transition. Lion Venture Partners will not cut headcount to decrease cost and ``create value``.

We understand that a long drawn out sales process puts significant stress on employees and the organization. We have access to substantial capital that will enable us to consummate transactions quickly and professionally.

We are not interested in flipping companies. We will manage the investment for long term growth, profitability and durability.

We can tailor transaction financings to accommodate seller lifestyle and tax planning needs, and we thoughtfully consider seller preferences regarding ongoing ownership stakes and/or continued employment.

Lastly, any shared information or discussions are held in strict confidence.
